Wyman’s Just Fruit! Our New Favorite Dietitian-Approved Snack

Each week on our Blog and Instagram, we will be reviewing whole-food snacks and sharing our thoughts and opinions on the product! When looking for a healthy snack, our recommendation is to find a snack with minimal ingredients, low added sugars and is mostly made of whole foods. This week we tried out Wyman’s Just Fruit Greek Yogurt Bites and we were very impressed! This box came with 4 pre-packaged cups, with each cup containing only 45 calories. With only 4 grams of Added Sugar per serving, this is a great alternative to satisfying your sweet tooth and getting in some fruit. Since there are 4 grams of sugar in a teaspoon, this snack contains only 1 teaspoon of Added Sugar. Blueberries have many health benefits, including being full of antioxidants and fiber, high in Vitamin C and K, and rich in minerals such as Manganese which promotes healthy metabolism and supports bone density. Greek yogurt is a great source of protein and is also full of probiotics, which promote healthy bacteria in the gut and improve the health of your microbiome.

If you aren’t the biggest fan of blueberries, there’s no need to worry! The product comes in three other flavors: Raspberry and Strawberry, Mango and Blueberry, and Banana, Strawberry and Blueberry. Frozen fruit is such an easy and satisfying dessert that is full of fiber, antioxidants, and vitamins. Be sure to check for these at your local grocery store in the frozen fruit aisle. This snack gets our approval and we hope you will try it out!
