Valentine's Date Night Dinner

Not sure what to make for your Valentine's Day meal?

Here is a great healthy meal idea!


Some simple swaps can be made to accommodate taste or not having ingredients!


Fish ---> Chicken

Asparagus ---> Green Beans

Wheat berries ---> Brown rice, Farro, Barley, or any intact grains



A simple and light flavor fish for any time of the year, perfect for date night. Mahi Mahi is an excellent source for lean protein!













A light and crisp salad perfect to pair with fish and full of great nutrients. The dressing can also be used for other types of salads!






All the great flavor of bruschetta mixed in with the nutrient packed intact grain, wheat berries, for a hearty and filling side dish.







Finish is off with a twist on the old classic. All the flavor of chocolate covered strawberries plus extra protein and lower added sugars from the chocolate hummus!
