Healthy Fried Rice


Instead of ordering in Chinese food, save your money and use some leftovers. This fried rice is low calorie, quick and delicious!

Steps

  1. Throw 1/4 cup of quinoa or cauliflower rice into a non stick pan

  2. Add 1 cup of frozen broccoli (or whatever vegetable you like!) cover and let steam

  3. Once broccoli is thawed add a protein such as: two eggs or shredded cooked chicken

  4. Saute until all ingredients are heated up

  5. Add one to two teaspoons of low sodium soy sauce

  6. Top with Sriracha
