Eat More to Lose Weight

For most of us, when we think of dieting we think of eating less and exercising more, right? That if we cut out calories from our diet, we'll get the weight loss results that we want.

Well, wrong.

In a study done by Christopher Gardner and his team, they showed that the key to weight loss is diet quality NOT quantity.

In the study, they compared a healthy low fat diet and a healthy low carbohydrate diet to see what group would lose the most weight. The result? NO DIFFERENCE.

The biggest impact that they found on weight loss is eliminating processed foods.

As long as you're eating plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins, you will see results. Try to greatly reduce or eliminated processed foods like white breads, cakes, desserts, and anything with added sugars.
