About the Recipe

Enjoy this naturally sweet, floral Watermelon Rose Cooler on a hot summer day! With only four ingredients, this drink is easy to whip up and is made from fresh ingredients with no added sugar or artificial sweeteners!

Ingredients

  • 26 oz watermelon juice (1/2 small watermelon)

  • 5 oz water

  • 1/2 oz lime juice

  • 1/2 oz rosewater

  • ice, mint sprigs, dried rose petals, watermelon wedges (for serving)

Preparation

  1. Blend the pulp of ½ a small watermelon until smooth. 2. Strain about half the blended juice into a pitcher, leave the other pulp in for added fiber! 3. Add the water, lime juice, and rose water into the pitcher and stir to combine. 4. Serve chilled over ice. Garnish with mint sprigs, dried rose petals, and watermelon wedges.

  2. Make this a frozen drink by blending ice with the watermelon, lime juice, and rosewater. This will also keep more of the fiber from the watermelon to help reduce the glycemic index! Garnish with mint and watermelon wedge and enjoy!
