About the Recipe

This extremely simple dessert recipe is great for hot days. With no added sugar but plenty of flavor, it is sure to satisfy.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg of Very Ripe Mangoes

  • 1 tbsp of Lime Juice

Preparation

  1. Freeze diced mangoes for 6 hours or overnight.

  2. Use a powerful food processor (or use a regular or immersion blender) to puree the frozen fruit into a sorbet along with lime juice.

  3. Enjoy the mango ice cream right away in serving cups or cones or smooth into an airtight container and keep in the freezer for 5-7 days.
