About the Recipe
This extremely simple dessert recipe is great for hot days. With no added sugar but plenty of flavor, it is sure to satisfy.

Ingredients
1.5 kg of Very Ripe Mangoes (4-5 large)
1 tbsp of Lime Juice
Preparation
Freeze diced mangoes for 6 hours or overnight.
Use a powerful food processor (or use a regular or immersion blender) to puree the frozen fruit into a sorbet along with lime juice.
Enjoy the mango ice cream right away in serving cups or cones or smooth into an airtight container and keep in the freezer for 5-7 days.
