About the Recipe
In this breakfast we get the feeling of bruschetta and avocado toast in the most delicious and satisfying combination.

Ingredients
1.5 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
4 slices whole-wheat bread, lightly toasted
1 garlic clove, halved
1 medium tomato and/or avocado, sliced
4 large eggs, fried or poached
2 tablespoons herbs or microgreens
4 teaspoons capers, rinsed
Preparation
Brush oil onto toast, then rub with garlic.
Top with tomato (and/or avocado) and eggs.
Sprinkle with herbs (or microgreens) and capers.
