These sweet treats are made with antioxidants and polyphenols in mind to focus on gut health. Rather than buying store bought that are filled with sugar, give these homemade low sugar options a try!

Ingredients
2 cups fresh raspberries
1.5 cup vanilla yogurt, or plain
9.0 oz chocolate chips, 70% dark or higher preferred
1 tbsp coconut oil
Sea salt flakes
Preparation
1. Wash you raspberries and clean them well. Let them dry completely.
2. Mix together the nut butter and yogurt then fold in the raspberries until the berries are coated evenly.
3. Using a spoon, scoop out some of the berries and yogurt and place onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Form the berries and yogurt into 6-8 clusters.
4. Place clusters in the freezer for 30 mins or until frozen.
5. In a bowl, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together using the microwave or a double boiler.
6. Take the clusters out of the freezer and dip each one in the melted chocolate. Place them back into the sheet pan and allow the chocolate to harden.
7. Sprinkle some sea salt flakes on top.
8. Enjoy these clusters frozen or let them thaw in the fridge for 30 minutes before enjoying.
